Homeowner Calls for Your HVAC Business

Imagine a homeowner whose AC just quit, and they are looking for a local pro. Offensivephotograph Heating & Air exists to connect that homeowner with an independent provider. If you run an HVAC business, you may want to be that provider.

This is not a job listing. We do not hire employees or technicians. We work with independent contractors who already run their own shops.

Who We Look For

We are interested in providers who handle:

• AC repair, including urgent calls
• AC installation and replacement
• Furnace repair and replacement

You should serve homeowners in or near Overland Park and the Overland Park area. Experience with local conditions, such as big temperature swings, hail, storm damage, and cold, dry winters, is a plus.

What We Expect

Homeowners count on the provider to treat them fairly. We expect providers to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance required where they work.
• Answer calls and follow up with respect.
• Explain problems and options in plain language.
• Give written quotes before work starts.
• Be honest about what they can and cannot take on.

You set your own prices and run your own jobs. Your agreement is with the homeowner.
